This DIY recipe is amazing for helping prevent stretch marks and to help nourish dry skin. I first created it for my clients as gifts for when they would sign up with me to be their doula and then added the recipe to my book The Mindful Mom To Be
Lori’s Belly Butter Recipe
2 glass jars of organic coconut oil
1 cup of raw organic cocoa butter
1/2 cup of raw organic Shea butter
1 bottle (0.5 oz) Liquid vitamin E oil
*Add all ingredients into a pot and melt until liquid. Pour into mason jars. Keep one jar in bathroom and use sparingly morning and night on belly, hips and breasts. Store the extra jars in fridge or give as a gift to your mom to be friends 💞
