Shipping Policy
We are currently experiencing slight delays at our fulfillment center due to keeping everyone safe from COVID-19. Packages might arrive 2-5 days later than expected.
We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Expedited and Priority Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will ship on the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 1 - 7 days for your tracking information to update. If tracking is not updated after 7 days please contact us.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Delivery occurs in 8 to 10 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 10 business days.
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.
We are not liable for any loss of goods made by our couriers. In the off chance your product doesn't arrive, it is the recipients responsibility to contact the shipping carrier.

Your order might incur charges and are decided by your local customs office and these fees can include (clearance fees, customs duty, good and services tax (GST) and other taxes. Unfortunately, we has no control over these charges. We recommend contacting your local post office if you are unsure about any fees that might be relevant to you.
