Exciting News!!

We have transitioned over to join Needed to amplify their mission and to give women the support they so badly need. This marks a new chapter for Seedlyfe’s co-founders, Lori Bregman and Anna Rawson, who together created a beloved brand of superfood blends and powdered vitamins for each stage of the reproductive journey. 

The average prenatal care appointment in the US is just 7 minutes long–leaving time for only the bare minimum and very often outdated amount of nutrition advice. Women are left to do their own research, in a category that’s crowded with misinformation. Women are left with more questions than answers to everything from nutrition to birth plans to emotional guidance and so much more.

My admiration for Julie and Ryan, as well as my long-standing recommendation of Needed's products, has been unwavering. My passion lies in educating and supporting women and families throughout the prenatal, birth, and postpartum journey. I am thrilled to share the wisdom I've gained over the past 25 years with thousands more in the Needed community as their “Doula in residence”. In this new role, I will be creating free educational content, including my regular “Dear Doula” AMA live video and print series, on topics including, “How to Build Your Care Team”, “How to Create a Birth Plan”, “Mindfulness During Pregnancy, healing post birth”, and lots more! 

Anna Rawson and I dedicated immense thought and care to building our company Seedlyfe and fostering a trusted community. When considering our next chapter, our priority was to find a company whose vision and products we could wholeheartedly trust. Working with Needed felt like the perfect fit, given our shared values and commitment to radically better nutrition and women's health.
