Anna’s New Mom Overnight Oats

Anna’s new mom overnight oats
1 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
3/4 cup oats
3 tablespoons of chia seed
3 tablespoons of hemp seeds
1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup of water
A Pinch of cinnamon
Add coconut milk to mason jar then add all dry ingredients. Top off with water and then mix all ingredients thoroughly with a spoon. Place in fridge overnight. If you prefer the recipe less dry add more milk or water.
