March in the Mama Portal

I always try to practice what I preach, and the thing that has kept me thriving and grounded is my self-care practices and daily routine. This month in The Mama Portal, the theme for self-reflection is Self-Care. It's hard to serve others when your tank is empty. Also, when your life is hectic, these tools that I will be sharing will help ground and stabilize your energy.

Some of the self-care practices included in The Mama Portal e-book include: creating morning and evening transitions and rituals to bookend your days, purge writing to move and clear energy, body scanning to tune in to your body's needs, creating a nurture list, finding balance, establishing boundaries, parenting your inner child, breath work, and more!

I launched The Mama Portal two months ago and have been loving the experience of bringing women together in community, teaching, educating, supporting, and sharing my incredibly wise friends in the birth, parenting, and wellness spaces with all the members!
