NATURAL REMEDIES FOR HEARTBURN AND INDIGESTION

- Eat small meals frequently throughout the day And chew your food slowly.

 -Drink at least 8oz ( or more) of coconut water or water ( you can add lemon) every hour.

 – Do not lie down after eating a meal.  Sleep propped up.

 - Eat dinner at least 2 hours before going to bed and avoid eating late at night.

 –  Eat a papaya or take some papaya enzymes after a meal. 

– Eat a few spoonfuls of Yogurt after a meal.

 – Wear loose fitting clothes around the waist. 

– Avoid laying down totally flat. Prop yourself up with your head always above your heart.

 - Drink chamomile, peppermint, fennel or ginger tea. Also try combining the teas together and make iced tea out of it, it's beyond delicious.

 -Suck on peppermint or lemon lozenges. - smell peppermint oil breathing it down thru throat into tummy and visualize it cooling off the fire.

 - Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to 8oz of water and drink an hour before meals. 

- Suck on a slippery elm lozenges after meals. 

-A few of my clients swear by eating apples or radishes to help with the burn.

 -  Eat fermented foods like sauerkraut and kefir.

 - Avoid chocolate, coffee, soda, tomatoes, citrus fruits,  spicy, rich, fried and greasy foods. 

-Also drinking celery juice with half an apple on an empty stomach to start day
