Switching your mindset to positive can change your whole vibe and experience of life. Where your attention and mind goes the energy flows. This is a little exercise I do with my clients to show them that when the voices in their head start to spiral into the negative they can switch gears and focus on the positive at anytime. Set a timer for 1 min and write about everything that’s bothering you, your too do list, things that are causing you anxiety, anger, frustration, worry or pain and all that’s going wrong .... and then when timer goes off stop. Set timer again immediately and write about all that you are grateful for, all that you love and are excited about, all the things in your life that have gone right, things that nurture your soul and bring you joy and peace, all your accomplishments and things you are proud of.. after 1 min stop. First notice where you felt more comfortable. Was it in love or fear? Second of all notice how easy, just like that you can take your mind and focus it in a different direction just like that!
